Re: Prosecutor having the last word
Yes the Prosecutor always has the last word HOWEVER,
NY is very unusual: In NY the defense attorneys start the closing arguments (you usually don't see this in most states) Then the Prosecutor gives closing statements.....
In CT, (and most states) The Prosecutor gives closing statements FIRST (Since it is their case to prove) the Defense goes second....Then the Prosecutor goes a second/final time for a rebuttal of what the defense said.....
Also I have read somewhere that this may be the first time in American History that a local state attorney prosecuted a federal crime......These people have thrown out the constitution and have disregarded all rules and procedures....(ie: We are officially witnessing a complete overthrow of our government and legal system)
Re: " No one has identified the second crime"
That is absolutely true....As a matter of fact any defendant anywhere in America is OBLIGATED to know what he has been charged with...No matter what.....There has NEVER been a case anywhere or at anytime ever in the history of our country that the defendant hasn't been informed of his/her alleged crimes....
Re: removing of secret service
They are definitely trying to have Trump murdered....He knows too much about too many people in power....They are also trying to kill us....Especially those of us who refuse to be enslaved by these evil politicians.....
