Agreed about the likability issue. There is no perfect answer for jury selection as people aren't perfect. My feeling on this is that Baldwin is guilty of involuntary manslaughter or negligence of some kind. His going to jail won't bring the woman who was killed back. It may put other movie producers and actors on higher alert.
