This is an interesting article. I am a firm believer that intentions are everything. This is speculation on my part. But, based on the pay offs Ukraine is handing out to to people connected to the White House (And those are just the ones that we know of) I believe the US wants the war. Kennedy Jr. presented a credible arguement that, historically, the CIA wants to keep the US in a war at all times. The money going to Ukraine is insane.
