This is true but Don't underestimate how corrupt our government is. This 9-0 decision was a no brainer because this was clearly written that "only congress can remove a candidate"...
Ie: If any justice voted no then they would have looked like an idiot......
I think the 9 justices are really trying to play a fast one with the American people by saying "look at us and how we can all agree".....
But the truth is that they might screw him big time in that immunity case......
