Driver, this was in the '90s sometime. Looking back on it the bright red lipstick and fingernails (didn't see her toenails), fair skin and dark black hair and outfit, she could be described as a mature goth Annette Funicello.
Scooby, if I had stared at her breasts, either "Annette" or my wife would have killed me. Maybe both. LOL!
