Of course people in Cheney's home state didn't vote for her again. She was voted into office by conservatives only to forget what her constitutes wanted and do the opposite. I agree that she should be held accountable for hiding and/or deleting information on Jan. 6th (After a fair investigation.)
It wouldn't surprise me if she had a role in denying him adequate Secret Service protection. But, I'd want hardcore proof to jump to that conclusion.
As much as Trump is praising people that would like to see him dead as "Good people," and has declined to prosecute people like Hillary for obvious election interference and destroying evidence under subpoena, I can't imagine that he actually meant his comments as some type of dog whistle. It doesn't fit his behavior and would be horrible for his personal interests if some idiot tried to kill her. The left would forget about all of the inflammatory comments they've made about the right and go after Trump with everything they have.
