Yeah, I probably like CBB better than CBT. The pain and torture is OK, but I prefer the headspace aspect rather than just pain.
Being locked in chastity for example is a huge mind fuck and could be considered bondage rather than just pain.
And being locked in chastity can be long-term. It could be for days, weeks or years. I could be locked in chastity under my clothes and only I and my Domme would know.
And... The right chastity device would fit snug, not cause any pain... But it puts the wearer in a vulnerable position. The Domme would know that just the slightest tap to the balls would be pretty painful.
