I'm limited to Domme's close by or traveling through. There are generous options where I live so it works. On the rare occasion I am out of town on my own, there is additional spice. Some of that is seeing someone new but prepping a month or two out works my head into self foreplay. If I were able to travel specifically for a session, I'd do that once a year. The draw back would be that expectations can be heightened and a disappointment would be harder to take than locally.
