For me, it is essential. And I always discreetly ask when negotiating a session. If they say no, then I thank them for their time and move on. Or, one time, said there was an up charge of $200 on top of an already robust rate for a self-release! I thanked her but declined the session. She asked why, I explained, and we parted ways on friendly terms.
I am not inclined to see a mistress who doesn’t allow or encourage it.
