The judge ruled that the fact he was a producer cannot be considered a factor in his responsibility. Multiple jurors were dismissed because they said they had knowledge of the circumstances and could not be unbiased. I couldn't be either. Being told by a judge to disregard important information? Our court systems have never been perfect. But, it seems to be getting worse. I do not believe that Baldwin wanted to harm the young woman. But, as a producer of the movie set, he had a responsibility for safe practices. Even if he were only an actor on the set, it would seem he would have doubled checked a real gun to see if it was loaded before firing it at someone. It is sad when something like this happens and there was no ill intention. But, he should face the consequences like anyone else would have to. Your thoughts? Could you be unbiased?

The woman who was in charge of weapons is in jail. No one has answered the question of why there was any need to have bullets on the location or put them in guns. I've only been catching headlines here and there. I could be missing something. But, no one, likable or not, should be treated differently in court.
