The average "professional" shooter is only good the 150m - 175m which the range in this case. He did not have good ammunition.
If the government was involved, the shooter would not have used a AR-15!
I used a service rifle that was a lot better. I know shooters who did not enter competitions until the range was OVER 1000 yards.
