Thank you so much! I was down on the high ceilings because of electric bills. But, it does lend to more opportunities and the overall glam of the place. I am concerned with discretion. It will be easy to pass the finishing off as a guest house to the contractors and permit office. My girl and I can do a lot of the finish work ourselves.
