My idea has no chance of being implemented. It's just a fantasy.
If it ever was implemented, it would probably have some sort of grandfather clause to ease its implementation.
I think my idea would be the most fair and the country's voting block would be in the age range that is best able to evaluate the issues.
What I would like to see is stupid people banned from banning.
