I lean toward 4 hour sessions and no less than 2. At the end of a 2 hour, it has always been a given. I haven't had anyone ask either. A hour 4 hour changes it up, especially with a Domme who knows you. Some times there is one around the halfway point at rest time and another one at the end. It is an important factor to me. I saw Oliver Cromwell's post here and agree. I wouldn't pay more for it and wouldn't consider it negotiable.
