I do prefer to be retrained during discipline. Where I differ from you is that I am not into elaborate bondage. Simple basic restraint that firmly keeps me in place is all that is needed. When I was younger I would sometimes preface that with a hard OTK hairbrush spanking but I have gotten away from that.
