The suggestion that people at voting centers are at risk of mistreatment is insane. I've voted in three different states, over the years, and have never experienced anything but polite behavior. I don't remember a plethora of incidences in past elections that would support the need for such an action. Maybe there have been an explosion of problems with the civility at election centers and, somehow, I missed it. But, I seriously doubt it.
