He was found guilty of excessive force. As most of us know by now, the raid was botched the officer was incompetent. He accidentally shot the neighbor's house. He should have been charged with a serious crime and sentenced to jail time. But, life in prison for being an idiot and botching a raid that his superiors had signed off on? I don't know about that. No knock warrants, unless there are extremely unusual circumstances, should have never been in place. It caused Breonna's boyfriend to react as if someone was breaking into their home. Who wouldn't react that way? Mixed feelings on this one for me. What are your thoughts?
