No knock warrants were limited in Kentucky. Rand Paul introduced it as a federal bill but it didn't pass. Personally, I think the cop who behaved like a violent Barnie Fife should spend the rest of his life in prison. The judge who signed it should be held accountable too. Taylor wasn't blameless in why she was being raided. But that doesn't mean how the raid was handled didn't turn into flat out homicide.
