You are correct. Rudys problems are civil although I just read the judge is threatening to jail him for contempt. Tbh I haven’t paid much attention to the details of Rudys legal problems. It’s all political and it’s disgusting and frustrating that they can get away with it just like they did with prosecuting trump in New York. I have no idea if trump can help him in any way with a civil case but I hope he can.
