What's wrong with Walker in this role? He had a fairly close run for Governor a few years ago. He is charismatic and eager to have a position in the government. If this were the Ambassador to Russia or China, I'd be concerned. But, the Bahamas? I don't see a problem with that. It isn't unusual that someone with similar attributes be awarded a position like this. I have to question if we even need a designated Ambassador for the Bahamas. I found on line this position's salary is 200k. What do they really do? How could it possibly be a full time job?
