For people of my age Catwoman = Julie Newmar and Wonder Woman = Lynda Carter. I could flip a coin and either way I'd be thrilled. But I tend towards Lynda's Wonder Woman. Julie's Catwoman as a dominatrix could be a bit beyond my boundaries. (LOL!) Lynda might show some compassion even if she tied me up with her golden lasso.
Separately, Lynda is two years older than me and I remember her appearing on Johnny Carson's show one night when I was a senior in college. She wore a simple, long black dress. But you couldn't hide her assets. Johnny, Ed McMahon and the audience was floored. I was too. She was 22, 23 and a major success. Watching her that night I wondered, during a recession, when or how I'd get a job after graduation. Said to myself, "I'll never meet anyone like Lynda." Well... I did, but that's a story for another day.
