If it was based on the characters as in the comics both Wonder Woman and Cat Woman were equally appealing. However I thoroughly disliked the Wonder Woman TV series which toned down my enthusiasm for her. Cat Woman was hot in the Batman TV series. Later there was Batman Returns where the BDSM subtext was pretty obvious. So Cat Woman wins.
