I had one used on me for the first time. As many sessions as I've had over the years, many in exceptionally well equipped dungeons, this is something that has never happened or even a passing thought. As alluring as they look, I didn't care for it. It gave me the sensation of gagging. I like the dental gags that keep your mouth open, standard ball gag and bits. Bits are probably my favorite. They are comfortable and the feeling of being treated like livestock for Mistress's pleasure is a exciting. Anyone else have favorite gags?

Gags have never been an interest. I want my mouth available to worship the Domme's legs, feet and, when I'm so blessed, ass at all times. There was, however, an exception to that. A Domme surprised me by removing one of her stockings, balling it up and shoving into my mouth. She'd been wearing them for a while. It was noticeable and a major turn on. She removed the other stocking and tied it around my face to strap in the stocking gag in my mouth. She then restrained my hands behind my back, put knee pads on me and made me crawl around inches of her beautiful ass watching what I wasn't allowed to lick. In that case, I loved the gag. Just curious, what do you get from being gagged?

I've only had small ball gags. That works for me. A bit sounds like it would too. I wouldn't want anything too distracting. Bondage is an accent to what I'm looking for in play, not a focal point.

I can see where that would be hot, especially for a foot and leg connoisseur.

The distraction of immobilization, even to the point of discomfort, adds to my overall experience. It is a reminder of how helpless I am and have no choice but to surrender to Mistress's cruel desires. It isn't for everyone. That is for sure. I understand why it would be too much for others.

Thanks for posting. I've never done it but I can see the appeal. It would be brutal for me because I'm so oral with my Mistress, but she gagged me briefly with a shirt she ripped off of me in a recent session. I could see her tying my hands behind my back and ball gagging me, then enticing me with her feet, legs and other gorgeous parts of herself, with me struggling on the floor trying to get my arms free to rip off that ball gag and worship my Goddess. (Yeah... gotta try that this summer. Will report back if I try it and if I survive the aftermath. LOL!)

The most intriguing gags I've experienced:

I am a big fan of gags of just about all types. The Dommes I have sessioned with (Pro & Personal) have a strong dislike for excessive whining or pleading and will move to quickly gag me if I am becoming too vocal. I also think a gag is an important part of a heavy bondage scene, which is usually a huge part of any play session for me. Being gagged exacerbates the loss of control and helps take me to a deeper level of submission which allows me to play harder and take more. I think being gagged also increases the sense of objectification, enabling the Domme to see me less as a person and more as an object to be used however she chooses. Even the drooling created by a more extreme gag adds to that same feeling of objectification.

I think my first really strong affinity for gags started with Mistress Troy Orleans who gagged me using a dildo gag that was attached to a pole in her dungeon. Once the gag was securely fashioned, the gag served to not only silence me but to also keep my head exactly still and attached to the pole while she turned her attention to other parts of my body. Another favorite is an inflatable gag which the Domme can make more secure and more uncomfortable as she feels appropriate for the session. That is a cool looking gag. The most extreme I've seen, outside of hoods with breath play, such as gas masks and vacuum sealed type latex, was gag that strapped around the face with a tube for the mouth that was fed from the slave's urethra. A client brought it in for an intense, 4 hour session that was largely focused on bondage. I was a little uncomfortable with it at first, not wanting him to choke as he would be in all types of positions. But, he had extensive experience with it, walked me through everything and we had hand signals if he got into trouble and was unable to speak. I've never seen one before or since.

You are welcome. That is a heavy duty gag. I might gift my Mistress with one. I saw Troy Orleans several times when I lived in NYC. She is a class act. I start getting into subspace just thinking about those days.

I'm very late to this but I'll chime in anyway. I love gags and always want to be gagged in session during more intense corporal. I find it helps to have something rubber to bite down on and my Domme appreciates keeping the noise down

My pet peeve is gags that are ineffective (you can speak around them) or that they can by rolled out of the mouth. Hence I'm not a huge fan of ball gags as I've found it is difficult to get them secure. I've found the best are rubber or stuffed leather penis shaped gags that are secured either by roller buckle straps or that snap onto a very tight hood. They need to go into the mouth far enough that they are nearly, but not quite, triggering your gag reflex. They also need to be large enough and stiff enough that you can't bend them or push them aside with your tongue.

Inflatable ones work especially well and often have a breathing tube to protect your airway that can also be used with a funnel for force feeding liquids. We have one from Top to Bottom Leather where the gag is far enough back in your mouth that when the liquid starts to flow your only choice is to start to gulp or to choke. Works really well if you a bound spreadeagled on your back and the liquid can't run out of your mouth.
