Good vid. It takes work to shop wisely now a days. It is basically a part time job. My advise is to go to a place like Costco or Sam's Club. Stock up. This means storage space and dividing up your own meat. It has cut mine family's grocery bill in half. A garden helps too. Typical grocery stores are only for certain items. It is easier for me because my wife helps out. It shouldn't be this way but it is a fun game in a weird way. It's nice to feel like you are bucking the system.
