There are several issues that Fox has missed within the courts ruling document:
1. AG Garland and the DOJ violated the law in appointing Smith. This is an impeachable offense.
2. They also caused what is known as a Unauthorized Commitment (of Federal funds) of over $11M in allowing Smith to investigate and work this case. While the DOJ has the ability to use discretionary funds that have been appropriated, they must do so within the law. The Govt may choose to ratify the expenditure, or the person causing the unauthorized commitment can be held liable for the funds, penalties and fees.

The media mob and Democrats began playing holding people accountable as revenge and retribution months ago. It is pure propaganda. It is called equal justice and stopping corruption in politics. At some point, maybe it will get back to semi normal and our paid officials can focus on quality education, secure borders, crime, homelessness, drug epidemic.

I agree on bringing these crooks to justice. Throw in election interference too. However, I don't remember the issues you mentioned ever being addressed in a way that made a difference.

"AG Garland and the DOJ violated the law in appointing Smith"...

Yeah we all knew this but Trump had to take a bullet before Judge Cannon made her decision....(ie: This decision should have been made the first day Judge Cannon got the case)

" They caused what is known as Unauthorized Committment (of federal funds)"

What you are really trying to say is that they STOLE American taxpayer money for a phoney witch hunt.....Because they sure as Hell didn't pay for this out of their own pockets.....

And take a wild guess who pocketed that 11 million?

"The DOJ has the ability to use discretionary funds that have been appropriated"....

Again What you really mean is that the DOJ has a license to STEAL American taxpayers money for anything they want.....Anytime they want....And WTF are you or I going to do about it?....

"The person who caused the Unauthorized Committment can be held liable for the funds"

Those are just fancy legal words to assure the public that an investigation is warranted..(millions more in funds for that btw)

"Stopping corruption in politics"

Good luck with that.

"At some point, maybe it will get back to semi normal and our paid officials can focus on quality education, secure borders, crime, homelessness, drug epidemic"

You are a dreamer...There is NO money in any of those things..

Novel suggestions but in vain. It will be an expensive and theatrical investigation with nothing coming from it. Issues that matter in this country have never and will never be addressed. It would be a pleasant surprise to be wrong on this one.

Agreed. It is sad that the American people accept this. Representation is all about the politicians themselves. It has become what brave young men fought to get away from. I am cautiously hopeful that if Trump gets in, he will prosecute the people who violated the law and/or constitution. Of course, all of it should be according to the law and applied in the same manner that it would be to anyone else.

Homelessness, Open Borders, Government controlled education systems brainwashing our kids with lies, poverty and Non Stop Government Propaganda on EVERY SINGLE network are the methods that keep these power hungry politicians in control....

It's exactly how they are able to lord over the rest of us.....That is our system....The more chaos the better...

"If Trump gets in he should prosecute the people who violated the law"

That would probably be most of them...

On paper Trump should win 49 States especially after taking a bullet....(Not even Jesus himself can win Massachusetts)

But as an old English Proverb says "There is Many a Slip between the cup and the Lip"

Between the millions of Illegals who are gonna vote because they were issued drivers licenses, RFK siphoning off 5-15% in key battle ground States and Zuckerberg spending hundreds of millions again for thousands of third party unmanned drop boxes Trump has his work cut out for him....

Now he has to worry about being shot again at his rallies...And he has to worry about an incompetent/corrupt secret service agency....

Btw,

I don't like the JD Vance pick either. I just don't trust this once Never Trumper....

I agree with much of what you are saying. Just like the abortion issue, neither side wants a solution. It wasn't even a partisan issue until they saw the controversy over Roe and decided to use it. There was a leftwing commentator criticizing a speaker at the RNC for pointing out that the majority of black students can't read at a proficient level and declaring the need for improvement in public education. Seriously? It is sad that the American people cannot come together and demand better from the government.

November is also a concern of mine. There are a lot of moving parts and we can always expect dirty pool.

Vance, I'm not sure about. I'd rather have seen him than Rubio. Who would you have liked to see as VP pick?

Seriously, I wanted Tucker Carlson.....And I would have been OK with Rubio....(even though I don't trust him either)

I just really don't trust Vance....There is something about him and I can't put my finger on it....He said some God Awful nasty things about Trump. He also seems like a major opportunist...

They could have figured out the residency thing with Rubio. (Trump could have claimed NJ as his residency)

Also We wouldn't lose a conservative Senator in Florida when Rubio gives it up because Florida has DeSantis who would have picked someone good....Rubio would have helped a lot with the Hispanic community, he is sharp, excellent in front of the cameras and is very well spoken.....

With Vance we will probably lose a Senator from Ohio because that governor is a complete Rino and will probably pick another Rino....And Trump doesn't need help with Ohio anyways because Trump has Ohio big time already..

I also think Lee Zeldin would have been excellent too.....

Btw,

I think the only reason Trump picked Vance is because he thinks Vance can help in states we need like Michigan and Pennsylvania.

The jury is out for me when it comes to Vance. I do have cautious hope. Rubio, in my opinion as a Florida resident, is a do very little lack luster guy. I vote for him but only because I have to. I was surprised not to see Sarah Huckabee Sanders on the short list for VP. It wouldn't be bad for her to gain more experience but I see her being a very positive person in the party at a federal level some day.

An interesting replacement for Vance's Senate seat is being floated: Vivek. I really like it. I hope RINO DeWine actually steps up and makes a good choice for conservatives.
