Two questions....
1. What is the largest/most elaborate/best equipped North American dungeon you have ever played in?
2. If different from the answer above what is the largest/most elaborate/best equipped in operation today?

1. The original Pandora's Box. I'm going back to the 90's with that. After the move, it was not even close to the same. Then, Irene Boss's The Compound in Pittsburgh, my studio in Rhode Island and Aie's final studio in Rhode Island. I can only imagine that Amanda Wydefire's space in Minnesota must have been amazing.
2. I'm sure there are a lot of amazing places in operation today. Michelle Lacy's in Delray Beach is spectacular. I've not seen Alexandria Snow's but hear it is fantastic. Standards for dungeons have gone up over the years. A lot of Domme's have helped raise that bar.

Donatella's Den is impressive. The rooms are small, which limits activities, but well equipped. Some years back, I was lucky enough to see Maya Sintress some years back while on a business trip to Chicago. She had a dungeon in the meat packing district. It was well equipped and very spacious. There was enough room for her to throw a bull whip. I was in heaven. Most big city dungeons I've been in have small session rooms but they make up for it in other ways.

Michelle Lacy's place was the first dungeon that I've seen. It was slick. The Atlanta Dungeon was very nice too. Aside from that, I don't have much to compare, aside from my own home built play area. The ambiance does matter, even if all of the toys aren't involved in the session.

Mistress Brianna in DC had a large, fantastic dungeon with many fantastic pieces that were custom-made.
I can’t speak to today as almost all my sessions are in hotels with dommes who visit DC.

Brianna's place was wonderful! It was very thoughtfully and creatively put together. I don't remember the name of the sub who built her equipment but he was a nice guy and did a fantastic job. On top of that she, she had so many cool toys. I think of her from time to time and hope she is doing well.

What a fun question. I wish we could share photos here. Here are my three in no particular order:
1. Kink.com's Armory blew me away. I shot with them on two different occasions. Both times, I was thoroughly impressed with the high end toys, serious bondage gear and the overall ambiance. On top of that, the theme was entirely different different both times. The place was like Disney World for adults.
2. ClubDom's Estate had a fantastic outdoor place area. There was a huge field for pony cart races and a barn with both indoor and outdoor dungeons. Everything was quality yet custom made with a rustic, real slave farm look. I shot with them multiple times. It was always a little different but always a blast.
3. Alexandra Snow's Wicked Eden in Ohio was spectacular. I had stopped filming at that time but attended her grand opening gala. The space is huge. It must be 5,000 square foot and divided up into common rooms for gatherings and several smaller playrooms. Everything is modern, high quality and decorated with sophistication. It is like sadism meets luxury living magazine.

I think Brianna’s toy builder was named Vassal. He used to post on MF from time to time.

The mood lighting on Wicked Eden's sight caught my eye. When I was building my home dungeon, Mistress Ayn suggested this feature. My space is for personal use only and is 800 square feet. The lighting has made more of a different than I imagined.

I don’t know his real name but he went by vassal. I think I follow him on X and, if so, now seems to be under the thrall of Mistress Blaze in SC.

Lady Cheyenne's place in Rhode Island was the nicest dungeon I've ever seen. It was well equipped, several rooms, beautifully decorated.
The dungeons here in Houston sadly are small and sad. There is only one to speak of and it's... ok.
