Another "Question of the Day" from Just Facts Daily
Quote
Federal Debt Owed to Foreigners

Which foreign nation owns the greatest amount of U.S. federal government debt?
1. China
2. Japan
3. Switzerland
Correct Answer
2. Japan
Correct Answer Rate 26%

Discussion:
At the close of the federal government's 2023 fiscal year, Japan owned $1.1 trillion in U.S. government debt, more than any other nation. This amounted to 3% of all federal debt. The next largest owner was China, with $778 billion, or 2% of the total. In aggregate, foreign nations own 23% of all U.S. federal debt, a share that has grown dramatically over the past 50 years and creates significant risks detailed at the second link below.

This question got me. I would have thought it was China. You may get a laugh out of this video from when Obama was in office and before SNL went off the rails with bias.

And what does all of this tell you?

It tells me that the Politicians received this money from places like Japan and China.....Therefore THEY ALONE profited......Therefore they sold their souls and the American people out to foreign enemies......In the process, from a technical standpoint these countries now own part of our country...In essence they have liens on our country too.....

But yet people keep voting because the media and social pressure tells them too...

Btw,

That "Voting" thing is a waste too since millions of Non citizens and Illegals will be voting to cancel your vote.....

Of course it's in the Constitution that "Only Citizens can vote"....But nobody enforces that nonsense....You of all people should be used to that.....Living in the country of California and all....

Look at the billions of dollars we send in the form of foreign aid to other countries. We've spent 55 billion on the Ukraine war since Russia invaded. We've sent Venezuela over 3 billion since 2017. 38 billion to Israel in 2023 alone. We send billions to Mexico and they send the US's deadliest killer, fentanyl, across our border every day. The list of US dollars we send over seas is long. Think of the rational behind this as we go further into debt with other countries and can't even take care of our own citizens. It is obscene.
