He has issued a protection order for them, which I am assuming is to keep them from being deported. DeWine also founded a "Non profit" organization for Haitians some time ago. It looks very sketchy. If you or me drive without a license, we are off to jail. The illegals are causing chaos with dangerous driving, even to the point that one young man was killed in an accident. The driver of the car probably didn't spend a day in jail.
