She's a multi billionaire! Why would she take a million dollars to speak out for a candidate she truly believes in? Is it standard that people are paid to speak at political rallies? I'm blown away by this.

That is some shit. Does someone worth 30 BILLION dollars really need a measly one million more? I've not heard of payments to celebrities that attend rallies being paid. Maybe it is standard. I don't really know. It does make you question how genuine her endorsement was.

I was stunned to see that too. Either Oprah is addicted to money or truly didn't support Harris enough to make an appearance. Oprah showing up probably didn't make much of a difference anyway. Harris sitting down for full interviews with no micro managing or editing might have. It could have sank her even more or she could have redeemed herself. The hiding Biden and photo ops at ice cream parlors routine doesn't work. It is the message that people want to hear.

What Harris did is pay these people (Swift, Oprah and several others) for their endorsements.....It is beyond morally unethical ...
