This ruling may give Trump the ability to put sanity in our environment policies.
Court Vaporizes 50 Years of Environmental Law Leaving Trump's EPA to Build on the Ashes
FTA:
Quote
The court goes on to detail the shenanigans by which an advisory body with no regulatory authority was able to write environmental regulations for the entire United States for nearly a half-century just because it decided it could.
[...snip...]
The silver lining is that Trump's EPA, under Lee Zeldin (see We Have Another Trump Cabinet Pick: Lee Zeldin Gets the Nod), will get the first crack at reworking useless and expensive regulations.

Thanks for the post. I skimmed the article but will read it fully tonight. It sounds interest. I'd imagine that Kennedy Jr. will be heavily involved in what happens next regarding the EPA.

This is a good and bold move. Some times things are too broken to fix. Think of it as buying a home that needs a complete gut and renovation. Could it be repaired a little here and there? Sure. But, it will never be nearly as efficient as needs to be.

I love it that Trump is taking bold manners this term, instead of trying to work with very broken and/or corrupt departments. I just read a CNN article and watched a clip of an interview where they are sounding the alarms on his picks. Hillary having started disinformation about Tulsi being a Russian asset is something the left is still running with. Of course, they are hitting Kennedy for being a conspiracy theory and quack. At the appropriate time, I'd love to see both of them invited to sit down for lengthy interviews or even a debate with a Democrat who is in office. They probably won't do that because the facts are not on their side and they know it.

A concern about the way Kennedy handles ridding our food of agents that disease is that there will be a wild backlash if he simply starts banning. People should have right to eat bad food, as long as they are aware of the long term dangers of what they are doing. The average American has no idea what is really in their processed for. Some of them love certain things so much, like Big Macs that they don't care there are over twice as many "Ingredients" in one in the US and than in the Europe. McDonalds announced, not long ago, that they were making changes to the 51 ingredients to their Big Macs. How can a Hamburger possibly have 51 ingredients? Maybe they should be forced to have an alternative while still keeping the original available, just with a warning.

That's the beauty of capitalism. There are 51 suppliers that are being kept in business because of it. It's a win, win, win, win, etc... situation for everyone.

The main thing is for them to be EPA compliant. The rest doesn't matter.

I respect your opinion and welcome you to the forum. But we disagree on that one. The important thing is for the EPA to be corruption free.
