Biden and Schumer got radical judges pushed through because Republicans couldn't be bothered to vote.

"However, since Sens. Mike Braun, R-Ind., Steve Daines, R-Mont., Bill Hagerty, R-Tenn., JD Vance, R-Ohio, and Marco Rubio, R-Fla., did not vote, the nominee was confirmed by 49 votes to 45 votes."

When lawmakers don't show up to vote, they should be fined.

It is so odd that these people wouldn't show up to vote with so much at stake. There should be questions raised about a VP and Secretary of State not showing up.

What questions? They are members of the corrupt 535 are they not?

They were probably too busy stealing money from somewhere..

And Pam Bondi the new AG pick is a Washington D.C. swamp creature too. Just because she sounds and talks MAGA on tv doesnt mean she is legitamate... She is paid to speak that way by the lobby she works for.

Trump Will never learn... And he is going to run into the same problems with these 535 as he did last time....Watch.

Btw,

I am gonna say this just one time only... Anyone that is connected to any lobbying firm of any kind (Pam Bondis law firm received 70 million from a lobbying firm) should NEVER be trusted. They are not working for the people. They are working for themselves...

Just like Trump selling his $100,000 watches and $500 sneakers, and every thing else he is selling...

P.S.

Regarding Ted Cruz missing the vote...It seems like a minute ago he was begging people for money and complaining that his opponent was outspending him....Now that Ted gets another 6 years he can do what he wants again....When will people learn that they are all evil corrupt people.

Ted Cruz didn't vote either?! People should be outraged over this. But, most Americans won't even notice if it is not being blasted through the media's propaganda machine. Trump, himself, should call them out publicly for not voting and replace the ones in his administration. Of course, that won't happen.

Swamp creatures? Sure, it is what we have to work with for the most part. Who would want to get into politics and be subjected the backstabbing, slandering, legal warfare mess except for wanna be swamp creatures? I do believe there are exceptions, Trump & Musk being two of them. I have hope for others. But, we'll see.

As for Trump selling merchandise, I don't care. It isn't as if he is forcing anyone to buy it. What I'd like to see is people being made whole for what they are forced to contribute to, like Social Security. What a scam. They forcibly take money from people's pay checks and then dictate the terms on which they can have it back. I will never be able to get what I made in back because I set myself up with a nice retirement plan. It should be voluntary to participate in, after those of us getting robbed are made whole. So, yeah, if people want to buy Trump's merchandise, I don't care at all.

Ted Cruz missed the vote too for those Judges because.....

He was hanging out with Donald Trump and Elon Musk watching Elons Spaceship take off on that very same day...

There is video of the 3 of them standing there...

As far as Trump selling his merchandise....I just think it is very tacky and cheap...A President shouldnt be doing this crap.

I read somewhere (I dont know if it was true) that Trump had a gift shop in the White House (selling his shit) to tourists...

I just feel like this whole thing is like some WWF wrestlemania event from 3 decades ago....Everything is tacky....

The the Democrats still having the majority, it wouldn't have matter if these Republicans showed up. Even if it was a tie, Harris would have been the deciding vote.

Yes that is true. I think Vance used that excuse as to why he didnt show up... But the optics of not showing up sucks...

Dont these people have a job that we the taxpayers are paying for?

This entire country would be so much better if we didnt have a Congress... If anyone thinks that these 535 people are representing the 340 million people then they are crazy... These people cause and create most of the problems we have in this country...

Or I should say their greed creates all the problems...There is not a single member who isnt bought and paid for by the lobbies...

It’s frustrating when key votes are missed, especially on something as important as judicial nominations. If those senators had voted, the outcome might have been different. It shows how important it is for lawmakers to show up and do their job, especially when decisions that affect the country long-term are on the line.
