You'll know better about this than I do. It is my understanding that the federal courts cannot over ride state courts. That is probably a good thing under my circumstances. In this case, the liberal diseased states can do whatever they want. What they got by with in NYC with Trump and Rudy is proof of it. No one will be punished for it.
