Sadly, nothing surprises me any more. The fact that these political persecution lawsuits are able to move forward like this, right down to denying a jury trial and omitting key evidence should scare the heck out of everyone. Turley is a bright man. Obviously, he knows the law and courtrooms well. But, we are seeing an unprecedented, hostile take over of our courtrooms and media. I am cautiously hopeful but anything is possible.
