For people of my age Catwoman = Julie Newmar and Wonder Woman = Lynda Carter. I could flip a coin and either way I'd be thrilled. But I tend towards Lynda's Wonder Woman. If it was based on the characters as in the comics both Wonder Woman and Cat Woman were equally appealing. However I thoroughly disliked the Wonder Woman TV series which toned down my enthusiasm for her. Cat Woman was hot in the Batman TV series. Later there was Batman Returns where the BDSM subtext was pretty obvious. So Cat Woman wins.

Catwoman wasn't exactly a good superhero. I'm not an expert in DC comics, but Catwoman can be a little crazy, a little unbalanced from time to time.
