There are two possible explanations for this.

A. Women do not use their brains as much so it lasts longer or
B. Women use their brains much more than men, so like muscles it lasts longer.

B seems to be the most obvious choice.

There is a caveat. Nikki Haley lowered her perceptive IQ more than 50 points to appeal to Trump supporters.
So far it has not returned to previous state and may remain in current state.

It is just a hunch but could it be because men spend too much time with the blood rushing from the brain in their head to the one between their legs? :-)

If I recall the story goes.. God gave man a penis and a brain and only enough blood to run one at a time.

So all that time without oxygen takes its toll.
The good news is that it only up to 3 minutes at a time.
