I'm late to the party here. I haven't been on line much lately. My suggestion is to email the websites you have pieces that you like and ask them where they had them made. When I shot for Kink.com I was in awe at their bondage equipment, some of it was the product of welding. Even surfing Dominatrix sites and asking them where they bought their pieces might be helpful.
