In CT. I have a set fee for drawing up wills. I usually have a set fee for closings unless there are complications....
For probate or contested wills I will charge by the hour the standard rates...
I wont charge the taxpayers $50 million dollars like Jack Smith charged us in his phoney case against Trump...
And I dont do divorces or child custody hearings. Those Fuckers are thieves...
For the record, if anyone wants to do their own home closing its not that hard... But it does take time...
As far as litigation and trial attorneys go...All I am saying is that I am not intimidated by them....

I recently just buried some sleezeball Probate Attorney in Florida who tried to collect a fee from me for my deceased fathers Florida Home...
You see my sister hired this clown to do the Probate work in Florida without my knowledge. She owed him $1500 and this shitbag tried to ask me to pay for it....
Long story short.. I told this creep if he ever dared to call me or email me a bill again I will contact the Florida Bar Association and the police department. You are Harrassing me... I told him that I didnt hire you my sister did. So get lost... He never called or wrote me again...
For the record, my sister is an idiot for hiring an outside attorney. Neither of us live in Florida but she figured we need an attorney in Florida...
And of course she didnt give him his $1500 but figured he could get it from me. Well he was wrong.
