I am afraid our better days are in the past. Not too optimistic about the future, here or globally. I did create a thread on twitter, mostly memorabilia about the previous decade which I see as the golden age.
I'm not addressing the porn aspect, but about in-person sessions with a pro or even lifestyle, a crackdown is quite possible given the current political era we are in. That goes for a wide variety of many other personal activities that have nothing to do with BDSM.
