That sounds like an awesome gym. There is one similar to what you describe in South Florida. I loved it because of the unlimited workout classes. That, alone, paid for the membership.

Pizza is carb and calorie heavy but, made with good ingredients, it is not bad for anyone. It is ironic that you mention pizza because I was going to send you a PM about something that I recently learned. Columbus, Ohio and New Haven, CT., were the first to use pepperoni as a topping. It was in the 50's. I was surprised that it wasn't sooner. I don't eat pizza often, mainly because I want to make everything I eat myself. I've been researching beyond the documentaries that I've come across and the one on New Haven that you sent to me. This summer, when I hope to be fully recovered from my injuries, I'm setting up a nice outdoor pizza oven and going to town with it. On a side note, you might be interested to know that Central, Ohio has amazing pizza. I grew up here, just taking it for granted. In all of the states I've traveled to or lived in, I've never come across such good pizza. Giving more thought to it, I've come to realize that it is because of Italian immigrants that settled here, much like New Haven.

As for Kennedy Jr., my impression is that he wants to ban things like red dye and other harmful ingredients that are unnecessary and not allowed in most first world countries. The US and New Zealand are the only sophisticated countries that allow GMO's. When you look at the ingredients on something as simple as a bottle of ketchup, the US has something like 30 of them. Other countries, even with the same brand, have more like 6. There is no reason for fructose corn syrup in nearly everything. It is insane. So, I'm optimistic he doesn't lord over us but cuts out the corruption and kick backs that got us here.

Cyrotherapy? I'd love to know more about your experience with that. I tried the oxygen chambers but was so catastrophic that I couldn't get through the 30 minute session. Now that I have more of a need for my body to heal, I should revisit that. I will look into Cyrotherapy too. When I can finally get back to my primary home in Tennessee, I get in my infrared sauna. It is amazing for detoxing the body of heavy metals and healing both internally and externally. From what you describe, they probably have a few at your gym.
