I was waiting for this all night....And I knew Biden would do this with about 4 hours left before he leaves...

Biden Pardons them ALL.. Anthony Fauci, Gen Millie, the ENTIRE Jan 6th Committee including Cheney... And basically everyone else that went after Trump. He also just pardoned Ashli Babbits killer the corrupt Murderous Capitol Cop Michael Byrd. How about them 🍎 's....

Now Trump can't do shit...

That's your government folks...The crimes against humanity that Fauci committed are unfathomable....Now he gets to walk away with the highest pension of any government employee in history.

The crimes against our legal system that Cheney committed are also unfathomable...

Anthony Fauci literally and intentionally MURDERED over a million Americans just so Biden can get elected...

And:

Mark Zuckerberg literally is 100% responsible for most of the cheating that went on during the 2020 election...Now he gets a front row seat to the inauguration because TRUMP wants him there and agreed to be friends...Same with Bezos....

All this in the last few hours...

I call them like I see them. Even though I voted and support Trump, I am NOT going to sugar coat anything.....And the worst is this Musk guy...Trust me on this one...

I think Musk should just pack his bags and go back to racist South Africa where he came from....Trump is making a huge mistake with all this Musk shit...

It is truly sickening.
I wonder... Can people like Fauci be charged by foreign entities for crimes against humanity?
Is there a path for civil suits to address grievances?
Have any state laws been broken that can be pursued?
Can Biden's pardons be challenged due to his mental state (i.e. if he doesn't have the mental faculties to stand trial, does he have the mental facilities to make valid pardons?).
Non-lawyers want to know.

"Can people like Fauci be charged by a foreign entity"

I believe so. It's called an "extrateritorial jurisdiction" and the person would have to be extradicted....

"Is there a path for civil suits"

Yes and No.... Yes probably if the person suing is doing the suing because they believe Fauci is responsible for a family members death....

However, and I could be wrong...If they are suing because somebody died due to the Covid Shots then I believe that the Government and all the pharmaceutical companies protected themselves beforehand...They exempted themselves from civil lawsuits (Fauci probably is covered under this exemption since he was an agent of the government)

If I remember correctly everyone had to sign the waiver before they took a shot too.

They are really slick bastards....They have covered all their bases with regards to the "law"....

"Have any state laws been broken"

Yes probably.. Last time I checked murder/ conspiracy to murder are still crimes in all 50 states.. So is fraud....But this is a Longshot..

"Can Bidens pardons be challenged because of his mental state"

Great question and I was wondering that myself. I would say if it were anyone else then it is a definite YES....But because it's Biden it would be a Longshot...

Re: Preemptive Pardons....

This is the most absurd thing I have ever heard of...They are legal but extremely RARE....You are pardoning someone who hasn't even been charged with a crime yet...It's outrageous...

Ford did this with Nixon. (Nixon was NEVER EVER charged with a crime at any time)....

Lincoln also did Preemptive pardons AFTER the Civil War...But it's a joke...

Btw,

I believe Biden also issued Pardons to everyone in his family today too...His brother, sister in law, niece etc....They all received Pardons..

People should be outraged about all of this....

This family has basically looted and pillaged this country for decades and not a damn thing will ever be done about it.....And look at the condition of this country now....There has NEVER been such evil perpetrated on the American Citizens as was by this Sick Family....

I hope they all rot in hell for what they have done..

Btw,

Now I understand why people like Hitler, Saddam Hussein and Stalin did what they did to ALL of their political enemies on DAY 1...

They didn't have time or patience for courtrooms....Their enemies were eliminated all at once....

Hitler just rounded all his political enemies up and executed them..No fuss no muss....

I found this document:
Burdick v. United States, 236 U.S. 79 (1915)
It seems that for a pardon to be considered, the recipient must accept it.
If the recipient does accept it before conviction or confession, it is considered an admission of guilt.

My question: if a person proclaims innocence and does not accept the pardon thus forcing a trial, can he later accept the pardon if he is found guilty?

Also: Can a pardoned person be compelled to give testimony or face contempt charges?
