I have no way to know what Trump's plan is.
I have seen him overcome numerous challenges in his first term and he got remarkable results.
It looks like he will he will try to exceed his accomplishments in the second term.
If he can persuade Musk and others to change their position on issues that they have profited from in the past, it's a bonus.
